Terms of Use

1. Use of Service Best Fridays is provided by Best Fridays Oy Company ID: 2511187-4 to business customers only. By using the service, users agree to these Terms.
2. User Roles Users act on behalf of their organization. Admins may manage users, catalogs, and approve content. All actions are logged.
3. Intellectual Property All intellectual property in the platform remains with the Provider. Customer content remains the Customer’s.
4. Evidence and Logging Key actions (orders, proof acceptance) are logged in a tamper-evident evidence system.
5. Orders and Proof Approval Orders are binding once submitted and approved. Accepted proofs authorize production. No cancellation once approval is logged.
6. Restrictions Users must not misuse the platform or attempt to access other customer data.
7. Governing Law Finnish law. Disputes in Helsinki District Court.
